The Coach’s Chronicles: Feeling Negative? Try Changing Your Thoughts

If we believe everything starts with our thoughts, then our actions are the direct result of our thoughts. We also get to choose our thoughts, so if we think negative our actions will follow. So, if we act in a way that produces negative results, it is because we are embracing negative thoughts that supports that action. Thinking, feeling, and being negative will only cause more stress in our life.

There is good news – if you want a different result, you will need to think differently. If you keep thinking negative, you will always get negative results. The key is to change your focus and you will change your results. The wonderful thing about our attitude is that we can choose to change it. There are only two choices – positive or negative. Choosing to think positive will change how you see the world and how you live it.
