Modeling Integrity

The Coach’s Chronicles are the trials, tribulations, and triumphs that we all experience each day – we just need to take the time and look for them, experience, and most importantly – learn from them. I share an important ‘coaching moment’ with you each week to bring about some light of inspiring experiences that I have had the opportunity to live-out.

The Coach’s Chronicles: Modeling Integrity

If you want to build trust and respect with others, you must demonstrate integrity – following through and being consistently accountable regarding your responsibilities. When you are disciplined in showing these characteristics you will also experience a corner of freedom knowing that you model integrity.

Successful relationships are built on integrity. Not only are you less likely to be lacking with your promises or displaying any untrustworthiness, but you will also influence others to have that same level of integrity. When you model it, others will respect you and will want to emulate you to build a greater foundation to positive relationships.

Why it matters to your … relationships

A relationship that is built on incomplete promises, unfaithfulness, and bad choices do not last long – so true integrity does matter in our relationships. There is something to be said about those people that consistently follow-through on the things stated they would do when they said they would do them – now that’s integrity – it truly matters.
